OUR PHILOSOPHY

Empowering students through the principles of boxing.

We’re all about empowering students through the exciting and invigorating principles of boxing. By teaching our students the principles of boxing, such as discipline, mental toughness and resilience, we provide them with valuable life skills that extend beyond the ring. Our program is designed to challenge students at every level, and we’re constantly developing new and innovative ways to keep them engaged and inspired. Our goal is to help our students build self-confidence, develop a growth mindset, and become the best version of themselves.

Non-contact boxing

Non-contact boxing is a fun and safe way to experience the physical and mental benefits of boxing without the risk of injury from sparring. It emphasises technique, footwork, and shadowboxing, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels.

School curriculum

Box Ed Australia integrates non-contact boxing techniques into the school curriculum, promoting active wellbeing and mindfulness among students. Our program is designed to improve physical fitness, mental wellbeing, discipline, and hand-eye coordination.

Mental wellbeing

Boxing has been shown to have significant mental health benefits, such as reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood and boosting self-confidence. The focus and discipline required in training can also enhance mindfulness and promote a sense of calm.

Physical fitness

Boxing is a fun and energetic way for students to stay active. It helps develop strength, agility, and coordination. Box Ed Australia provides a supportive and inclusive environment where students can learn about physical fitness and make it a part of their daily routine.

Box Ed Australia is an active wellbeing program
for Victorian schools.
